• 执行和指导实地工作和实验室测试 performing and directing fieldwork and laboratory testing
• 阐释工作分配说明，申请合适的程序并选择设备 interpreting work assignment instructions, applying appropriate procedures and selecting equipment
• 收集分析数据，并进行计算 collecting and analysing data, and carrying out computations
• 估算材料成本，确保已完成的工作符合规格，规章以及合同规定 estimating material costs and ensuring finished works are within specifications, regulations and contract provisions
