ANZSCO 3221 金属铸造，锻造和精加工技工技能要求 Indicative Skill Level
• 本职业需要如下条件：Most occupations in this minor group have a level of skill commensurate with the qualifications and experience outlined below.
• 在澳大利亚： In Australia:
• AQF3级证书加2年以上在职培训或AQF4级证书（ANZSCO 3级水平）。 AQF Certificate III including at least two years of on-the-job training, or AQF Certificate IV (ANZSCO Skill Level 3)
• 在新西兰： In New Zealand:
• NZ4级注册证书（ANZSCO 3级水平）。NZ Register Level 4 qualification (ANZSCO Skill Level 3)

ANZSCO 3221 金属铸造、锻造和精加工技工主要职责 Tasks Include
• 根据工作需要选择金属材料 selecting metal stock for job requirements
• 在熔炉加热金属，手工或机器切割、穿孔等 heating metal in forges and furnaces and hammering, punching and cutting metal using hand tools and machine presses
• 通过猝熄与在空气中自然冷却实现回火与变硬 tempering and hardening finished articles by quenching in oil or water baths or by cooling gradually in air
• 位电铸制备电解银溶液，并把溶液涂在需要的金属外层 preparing electrolytic and silver solutions for electroforming, and applying solution to the objects to be coated
• 设置和调整控制调节电流和沉积涂层的对象 setting and adjusting controls to regulate electric current and depositing of coating on objects
• 修理马蹄铁，整理踢脚 preparing horses' hooves for shoeing, nailing horseshoes to hooves, and trimming hooves
• 通过切割、整理、塑造磨平等方式制作模型 cutting, trimming, shaping and smoothing stock to form mould patterns
• 将沙子填充到盒子里并放置道适当位置，用模具浇铸金属 filling boxes with sand and setting patterns in place, and pouring molten metal into moulds
• 在模具中应用耐火材料和定位芯 applying refractory paint and positioning cores in moulds
• 通过抛光、磨光、喷漆等其他表面材料加工金属部件 finishing metal and articles by polishing and buffing and applying shellac, lacquer, paint and other finishes
