About this business：Every day is an opportunity for discovery and growth in our organisation. Our 123-place centre is set across seven rooms and is easily accessible to the community. Close to Murray Bridge, Stirling, and Crafers locations in Adelaide Hills.

Work with our highly experienced and diverse team of passionate Educators, degree-qualified Teachers and centre leadership team and be a part of our supportive team culture.

You will have an opportunity to influence and innovate our approach to early childhood education. We create an environment where leadership development is open to all and where the educator’s voice is a critical part of decision making.

Duties：

· Leading the development and implementation of the curriculum in collaborating with Educators to maximise each child’s development and learning.

· Supporting Educators to ensure that each child participates in the educational program.

· Support Educators to assess each child’s learning and development.

· Establishing clear goals and expectations for teaching and practice in collaboration with all Educators.

· Contributing to the development and ongoing implementation and review of the centres Quality Improvement Plan.

Criteria：

· Tertiary Qualifications Certificate III/Diploma in Early Childhood Education as approved by ACECQA.

· Proven knowledge of the National Quality Framework

· Previous experience working in the early years sector (desirable)

· Valid Working with Children’s Check or state-specific equivalent

标准：

·高等教育资格证书III/幼儿教育文凭，由ACECQA批准。

·已证实的 质量框架知识

·早年在该行业工作的经验（理想）

·有效使用儿童支票或特定州的同等支票
