Requirement:
· A clear understanding of ACFI documentation and the Accreditation Standards
· Possession of a current AHPRA Nursing Registration
· A team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· A desire to uphold high standards of care and work
· Ability to work autonomously
· Strong leadership skills
· A willingness to learn and accept feedback
· A genuine desire to improve the lives of the Aged Care residents
· A current national police clearance
